Inspection for a Permitted Job
Request Form

Instructions:
Section A – Select the appropriate inspection(s).
Section B – Fill out all applicable information found on your inspection job card issued by Collier County.
Section C Choose one item.

Once finished press the Submit button to send your request.

Only the permit holder is authorized to request an inspection for their respective permit.

Inspection/Re-inspection Guidelines:
Once an inspection request is received, a confirmation email will be sent within (2) two business days with your scheduled date & time.

A (2) two-hour window is provided for all inspections. Please be sure someone is available on site to meet the inspector upon their arrival to avoid a failed inspection and any additional fees.

By requesting an inspection, you grant permission for Greater Naples Fire Rescue to photograph all items related to the building or site. This is inclusive of fire inspectors or firefighter activities.

Approved Collier County stamped plans (original and revisions), permit cards and any additional documentation must be at the jobsite at all times. If these documents are not available upon the inspector’s arrival, the inspection shall be cancelled and re-inspection fees will be applied.

An inspection may be cancelled or delayed due to fire rescue emergencies; however, you will be notified if such an incident occurs.

A Notice of Fire Compliance (NOFC) will be issued once receipt of payment for any fees due and all inspections have passed.

Time-Specific & Overtime Inspections:
Time-specific Inspections require 48-hour prior notice; are subject to availability; and have an additional $85 fee applied. If an inspection is needed urgently, an overtime inspection may be requested by calling 239-774-2800. Overtime inspection fees are $100 per-hour at a (2) two-hour minimum and subject to availability.

Cancelling an Inspection:
The cancellation of any inspection must be received no later than 7 a.m. on the day of the inspection by “replying all” to the confirmation email. Any cancellation without the required notice will result in re-inspection fees.

Also, failure to be onsite for a scheduled inspection is considered a failed inspection.
